7日前～４日前50％、3日前～前日80％、当日100％

尚、キャンセルで空いた席が満船になった場合はキャンセル料金は頂きません。

 キャンセル時の請求はSquareオンライン請求書の発行、又は銀行振込にて期限内にお支払いお願い致します。

当日連絡なく来られない場合はキャンセル料金を請求致しますが、期日までにお支払いいただけない場合、個人様・メーカー企業様問わず今後の乗船を拒否いたしますのでご了承ください。

補足：新型コロナウイルス感染症等の理由でキャンセルされる場合はキャンセル料金は頂きませんが、診断書をメールで送付してください。確認が取れない場合は通常通りキャンセル料金を頂きます。

 

A cancellation fee will be charged for last-minute cancellations due to customer convenience. This includes weather forecasts determined by the customer.

 

Please notify us of your cancellation at least 8 days before your scheduled boarding date.

50% from 7 days before to 4 days before, 80% from 3 days before to the day before, 100% on the day

 

In addition, if the vacant seat due to cancellation is full, there will be no cancellation fee.

 

 For cancellation charges, please pay within the deadline by issuing a Square online invoice or by bank transfer.

 

If you are unable to come on the day without contacting us, we will charge a cancellation fee, but please note that if payment is not made by the deadline, we will refuse future boarding regardless of whether you are an individual or a manufacturer company.

 

Note: If you cancel for reasons such as the new coronavirus infection, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, but please send a medical certificate by email. If confirmation cannot be obtained, cancellation fees will be charged as usual.
